Conduct & Rules for Your Safety

Our rules for conduct and safety are in effect during all skating sessions. Spin City Skate Center wants you to have a great time, but we insist that it be a clean and safe one. We are dedicated to providing a clean and wholesome atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

NOTICE: "SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK." Roller skating is a participation sport. There are certain risks that are associated with the sport of roller skating. When skating, you can fall for many different reasons. You can fall when you make contact with another skater; you can fall when you lose your balance due to your own inability to skate; you can fall due to other skaters' inability to skate. Because of the normal risks of roller skating and maintaining one's balance, you realize that when you roller skate, you are assuming such risks. We are not responsible for any injuries that we cannot control due to impulse or spontaneous actions of a person, which may cause you to fall. Every effort is maintained to keep skaters orderly and provide safety within our control.

THE FOLLOWING WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!

NO REFUNDS. Management also reserves the right to refuse admittance to individuals or groups.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 16 WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE BUILDING.

SKATES: IN LINE SKATES/ ROLLERBLADES. All regular skates must have toe stops. Socks must be worn with rental skates. NO BARE FEET. Inline skates must have smooth flat nuts or wheels.

SAFETY: NO SKATES ARE TO BE WORN WHEN ENTERING RINK AND NO SKATES ARE TO BE WORN WHEN LEAVING RINK. NO IN/OUT PRIVILEGES. No fast skating, speed skating, tag skating, careless skating, pushing, tripping. NO CARRYING OF CHILDREN while on skates.

CONDUCT: No foul language, intoxication of any form and definitely no fighting.

TOBACCO PRODUCTS: No tobacco products permitted in the building or bathrooms.

FOOD & DRINKS: NO GUM CHEWING! Outside food or drinks are not permitted. Food and drinks must be purchased and kept in the snack bar area. No food or drinks are to be taken on the skating floor or on carpeted areas.

GENERAL INFORMATION

BIRTHDAY PARTIES for kids are a real treat here at Spin City. Give yourself a break and let us clean up all the mess. All you need to do is bring the cake and remember the camera. Call us, visit us here on our web site or stop by and pick up a flyer with all the details.

PRIVATE PARTIES for your group are available during certain hours of certain days and evenings. Daytime requires 50 or more people, evening require 100 or more people. Call us for reservations and rates.

SKATE SALES/SKATING EQUIPMENT. Visit our "PRO SHOP" which features new skating equipment and supplies for all of your skating needs. REMEMBER, we service what we sell.
